Ms Mathivha is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South África. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Venda and a Master of Laws (LLB) degree, with specific focus on environmental law from the same institution. She is currently enrolled for Doctor of Philosophy in Public Law, with specific focus on climate change. Ms Mathivha has gained vast experience in Constitutional Law, environmental law, administrative law, Family Law, corporate and commercial law. She worked at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of South África as a Law Clerk, the Competition Commission of South África, University of Venda Law Clinic and Ndlovu de Villiers Attorneys. She is currently a Lecturer at University of North West
